Our Signature Coffee. The House Blend is a combination of two coffees: Sumatra Mandheling and Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. This is a deep bodied, slightly acidic cup of coffee. Sumatra provides the earthy body and backbone, and Ethiopia lends a spicy, exotic background note. We created this coffee to be enjoyed any time of day

Breast Cancer Awareness: This Guatemalan Antigua is finely acidic, full bodied and zesty. Aroma is on the dry, winy side. Fifty Percent of the proceeds from the sale of this coffee will be donated to the Gouverneur, NY Breast Cancer fund.

Our roaster developed this coffee to really wake you up in the morning! We combine light and dark roasted coffees for the best of both worlds. Guatemalan Antigua and Java Monsoon in a Dark Roast, and a Medium Roast of Colombian and Costa Rican provide mild acidity with bold body and flavor.

Note: To maximize the flavor, it is always best to buy coffee in whole bean form and grind it just prior to brewing. However, if you must get it ground, buy only enough to last a week or two. Store coffee in a tightly sealed jar, preferably glass, with either a screw-type or clamp top. Coffee can be kept at room temperature or refrigerated in an airtight container. Do not freeze coffee unless you will be using it over a long period of time.
